• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. AI Data Usage and Training

Specifically, we may use your data for the following purposes:

• Improving our natural language processing and understanding

Data Protection: Before any data is used for training purposes, all personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses will be removed or anonymized. We are committed to protecting your privacy while improving our service quality.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

JobappAI offers different service tiers with varying features and usage limits:

• Trial Access: 3-day evaluation with full feature access
• Growth Plan: Monthly subscription with expanded resume and analysis limits
• Quarterly & Annual Plans: Discounted bundles with priority support and higher concurrency

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our AI algorithms
• Using automated systems to access the service excessively

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of your original resume content. JobappAI retains ownership of our AI technology, algorithms, prompts, and aggregated insights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive for high availability, JobappAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Our AI recommendations are suggestions only and should be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

JobappAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, though anonymized data may be retained for AI training purposes as described above.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
